SUMMARY: In 2086, two peaceful aliens seek help from the Earth against the Queen of the Crown, who enslaves people in her psychocrypt.  The Bureau of Extra-Terrestrial Affairs (BETA) forms the Galaxy Rangers to defend worlds from the growing empire of the Queen.   Zachary Foxx leads the team with a bionic arm that could charge blasts.  Shane Gooseman, or 'Goose', is a genetically engineered supertrooper.  Goose can heal fast and has shape-shifting abilities.  Walter "Doc" Hartford is the brains of the group and has a mental link to his computer, Pathfinder.  Niko is a psychic from the planet Xanadu.
