SUMMARY

Roger Smith, the Negotiator works in Paradigm City, where everyone has amnesia from an event that happened forty years ago.  Roger is assisted by an android girl, Dorothy, and the giant robot, Big O, in stopping criminal threats. The series was canceled in Japan after its initial season, but a second season was commissioned and co-produced by US Cartoon Network.  The Big O aired as part of Cartoon Network’s Toonami and later moved to the Adult Swim programming block.
