SUMMARY
A precursor to He-Man, Blackstar was a science fiction animated series which starred US Astronaut John Blackstar. Blackstar crashes on the planet Sagar and with the Star Sword, he battles the evil Overlord and his Power Sword. Although the series was cancelled it was re-aired once He-Man premiered and gained popularity. Galoob produced a series of action figures from 1983-1985.
