SUMMARY
In 2007, a mad scientist calling himself Overlord, drops generators on half of teh Earth.  The devices produce, the Spiral Zone, with dark mist and bacteria that transforms people into mindless 'zoners'.  Members of the world's military band together with enhanced armor and weapons to free half of the world and restore the zoners. A four-issue comic book series was published by DC from Feb-May 1988. Tonka released a short-lived toyline which was based on a Japanese toyline from Bandai.
