CHALLENGE OF THE GOBOTS SUMMARY:
Coming out the same year as the Transformers, Challenge of the GoBots also had a similar storyline.  The GoBots were transforming robots from the planet Gobotron and come to battle on Earth. Leader-1 leds the good GoBots against the renegade ones led by Cy-Kill. Tonka brought the original "Machine Robo" Japanese toyline from Popy (later became part of Bandai).
