SUMMARY:
Gigantor was a Japanese Manga series created by Mitsuteru Yokoyama in 1956. It was adapted as one of the first anime series in 1963 and was quickly dubbed for the United States. Jimmy Sparks uses his giant robot Gigantor to fight evildoers. The first 26 episodes were not dubbed because TCJ felt these were not as good as the later episodes. The last thirteen episodes (or the second part of the Gigantor series) were not dubbed either, so the English dub is from episodes #27-83.
