SUMMARY:
Rocko, a wallaby, and his friend Heffer, a bull, have all sorts of oddball adventures. The Bigheads are Rocko’s neighbors; has a dog named Spunky, and they all live in O-Town. The first season’s theme song was sung by the B-52s. The series was created by Joe Murray.
