SUMMARY

Sport Billy was a European and Latin American comic character that Filmation produced an animated series for in Germany.  A year after it ran in Europe, NBC picked up the show to run in the US during the summer. Filmation owner, Lou Scheimer, had his son Lane voice the title character for the English version.
