SUMMARY

Melvin Junko, a nerd who was mutated into the Toxic Avenger forms a group of super-heroes with other radioactive characters and fight Dr. Killemoff who wants to pollute the Earth.  Based on the cult Toxic Avenger movies from Troma, this cartoon also had a toyline from Playmates.
